Imagine rooms full of people from many faiths — sharing food, conversation, and fellowship — reflecting together on what makes this country worth celebrating. WIVEC is hosting community gatherings this May and June, leading up to July 4th, where neighbors read and discuss America's most inspiring founding words. It's a once-in-a-generation chance to counter division and build unity together.

You are invited to join the conversation 4 times in-person in Milwaukee. Each session will focus on one text. For an overview of the entire series visit our WIVEC page.

Our first gathering will be at Progressive Baptist Church, 8324 W. Keefe Ave, Milwaukee at 6:30 PM. Our text study will focus on America the Beautiful. Gathering will include snacks and beverages.
