La Migra Watch Verifiers Training

  • Madison Society of Friends 1704 Roberts Court Madison, WI, 53711 United States (map)

This is an introductory training session. Verifiers play a vital role in VDLF's rapid response initiatives. These efforts aim to educate the community and support the implementation of appropriate response actions. By becoming a community defense verifier, you are joining a statewide network of leaders who: Respond to urgent cases and protect families from harm, help document ICE activity and potential abuse, support our 24-hour emergency hotline — including sharing the hotline number to your networks, helping recruit trusted rapid response volunteers, and pleading to be ready and available to mobilize when needed, and strengthen trust, safety, and solidarity in our communities. Participation in VDLF membership is a prerequisite for this training. This program is being facilitated by Voces de la Frontera.
